I will start this review off by answering the most prominent question on a consumer’s mind, “Is the car worth my hard earned cash?” I will say yes. Yes, that is, if you are searching to find a car that will handle amazingly well off road while still looking very luxurious for everyday errands. Still interested? Good. The 2010 Land Rover uses a twin motor with two brands mashed together called the Jaguar Land Rover which is 5.0 liter V8 base model for the car. The 2010 model of the Land Rover might look strikingly similar to the usual Rover, but many variations have occurred that cannot be seen at a quick glance. First, looking into the exterior differences of the 2010, you may notice the new front bumper, lights, and grille. They look quite nice, and are a bit less noticeable compared to the older models. Looking at the inside, we can see even more subtle enhancements in the wood, leather, and dashboard — which is very pleasing to the eye. Now that we have had a peek at the changes and power of the 2010 Land Rover, we must look into the off road experience — which is of course what Land Rover is known for. I am very pleased to say that the 2010 Land Rover has definitely improved in this area compared to it’s older models. With the expected Land Rover terrain “response” system, it now includes a control system which will start the Land Rover while in sand. Rock crawling mode and hill descent control have also been changed to perform their duties much better. In this hill descent upgrade, Land Rover has added something called “Gradient Release Control”, which in basic terms allows anyone to easily get the hang of off road driving, yay! There is also a new display instrument panel using a TFT display (12 inches, incase you wanted to know) that can be uniquely changed to every drivers need to show specific information between the speedometer and tachometer which can allow one to get different information without the usual hassle of doing so. With the new upgrades to the interior, exterior, the technology, and motors nobody can possibly go wrong with this new model of the Land Rover — obviously it’s a car for the adventurers needing a vehicle that looks nice and can hold up to the rough off roads that most cars can’t take.
